We're late. Sat around a lot. Didn't utilize space wisely. Every piece of furniture had damage. We're not careful with boxes marked fragile.

Arrived very late, after lying about their ETA. Low quality and low skills. Pressured me to sign for payment and let them leave long before they had completed the work, and long before their scheduled time was up. Very bad experience.

As is typical the move was not going smoothly due to an underestimation as to the number of PODS I would need ( no fault of movers). I had to run and obtain a box truck to load extra items. Honest Movers under the leadership of Gabriel stayed overtime and helped much beyond their original schedule. Very pleased and will use them again for unloading!

Our 2 movers showed up more than 1 1/2 hours late. They said they were sent to the wrong address.?? We had submitted the right address! No phone call! Nothing! We called after they were 45 minutes late. Said they were in another city. It was blamed on the office.
There has been no apology or compensation or offer to right the wrong for our stress and lost time. Very unhappy!

These guys were the best movers. Very organized and friendly. Never complained because I wasn’t ready for the move at all. The actually helped me get organized and kept telling me not to worry, we got this. I would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat. Honest Movers you are superb!!!!

The two guys who came to help us move everything were on-time, respectful, worked really hard they were constantly working and moving and they have a wonderful team work they were working together. I will definitely hire them again! Highly recommended!
