Great service; Roland called a day early to confirm, sent out a follow up text again confirming the appt. He was on time, perhaps even a bit early!! Moving day at my dad's house was chaotic to say the least. Roland took no breaks, no phone calls, no Facebook or games he and his partner worked the entire time. We were left high and dry today when the movers I had hired, talked to and confirmed through Thumbtack not only pulled a no-show, but denied ever having booked the appointment. We had two large salt water tanks drained, expensive fish in buckets needing to be moved. I called hire-a-helper, and they had Elite Movers lined for the job with only three hours' short notice. Not only did they find two awesome guys to come by, they arrived early !!!! Very professional, courteous, and turned what could have been an expensive disaster into a very smooth transition. Heratfelt thanks to everyone who made this happen!!!!
