The 2 movers, William and Dwayne showed up on time. They asked to see everything that needed to be moved and figured out a strategy to best load and fit it in our PODs container. They worked than what I thought. so fast and hard. They fit each piece in like a puzzle. They were very careful with our furniture and breakables. They were done within the 2 hours I arranged. I couldn't believe it, as I had more to move than first planned. I would definitely ask for the same 2 movers if given a choice.

This company has 5 stars in this website, but do your research and you will see they have TERRIBLE reviews on other sites. I purposely went with this more expensive company because I needed efficient and professional loaders to get the job done well in a timely matter. This experience was anything but. We had booked unloaders in a city 5 hours away later that day based upon our confirmed arrival window with these loaders. Our arrival time was between 8-9 am and I was told earlier in the week that they would be closer to the 9 am time, which I was fine with. The loaders called me 8 minutes till 9 and told me they wouldn't be there for an hour and a half. They said it was because they were driving from Jacksonville- however, I was never told getting to my house in the allotted window would be an issue until the day of. They should have left earlier if that was the case or at least informed me prior to moving day. The loaders were slow and inefficient- racking up a 4 hour loading time. At that time I had to tell them to just leave because I didn't want to pay even more for the already more expensive company. After all that, we still had to finish loading up by ourselves (I'm 8 months pregnant), and we had to reschedule our unloaders. Thankfully the unloaders understood and were very efficient at unloading. The owner did give us an hour compensation, which I appreciated, but I would absolutely not recommend this company.

They were on time. They definitely took their time moving my things. They worked ok. I’m not sure if they don’t know how to put things in the truck or they just want to put things in the truck ( I’m hoping that my things will be ok when I open the boxes, but definitely they accidentally broke one of my drawers and they did not mention anything about it, I’ve seen the guy holding the pieces. I did not mention anything because I don’t want to be upset with it). At least they were courteous during the move. NO, I hope I don’t use them again.
