5 stars for the effort, but 4 stars because of them scratching walls and breaking a light on the front porch. I would reccomend them, just a bummer about the minor damage I now need to fix

JD and Paul are the absolute best!!! They were amazing especially with the summer heat and house set up.

They are extremely professional. They take care of all your furniture with alot of care and work with the resources given, even if those resources are limited.

Elite movers were awesome. The job was to load a moving truck. Most importantly, they were on time, the two gentlemen came prepared with the proper moving equipment and they worked quickly and efficiently. There was no damage to the property when they were moving large items in tight spaces. I was contacted several days in advance of their arrival and was informed of how things would work and encouraged to reach out if I had any questions. On the day of the move, I was contacted within their window of arrival and provided an ETA. Great customer service and moving team, I would definitely use them again.

The person I was in contact with from the beginning was Ricky, who was very professional and helpful from the beginning to the end of our move. We had to move on a Sunday and they were initially booked. Just when I thought we were in a jam, Ricky followed up with me the next day to confirm he kept searchig and manage to schedule me 2 great guys to help us with our move on the day we needed. James and Zay was on time and worked diligently throughout our scheduled time-frame. They went above and beyond helping ensure our items got loaded and unloaded without incident. James and Zay displayed the upmost of professionalism and are very hard workers who know what they're doing. My family and I was fortunte to have them complete our move. Marcus called to confirm the move a couple of days out..which I was happy about. On moving day Marcus called to confirm. They were on time and so polite, it felt like family was moving me. Marcus put me at total ease and they got to work! They moved all my assigned items and help me with some other items as well. Marcus is truly "A Master Packer" & he packed my POD to perfection!! So wonderful! They showed up on time, moved so quickly, and were so nice and polite.

Formula Moving did a great job today. The crew showed up around the middle of the time window which was nice. They had multiple hand trucks, dollies, plastic film wrap, straps and blankets at no extra charge. This was a plus for me. There were a few special items that Formula Moving took extra care. The cabinet, end table and chair my FIL built for my wife moved fine. They also moved a 70 gallon aquarium with no problem. The two heavy items were my poorly built work bench and an offset smoker (300 lbs). The work bench had a leg fall off when unloading which was hilarious (my poor build, not their fault). They got it The crew got the smoker on the back deck with no issue or complaint. I am very happy to have it available again. This was a great experience. The guys did a quick inventory, bundled stuff in groups and had it loaded in about an hour. I will be using Formula Moving again.

These gentlemen treated both my cousin and I respectfully. They didn’t take any breaks. They worked harder than anyone I have seen in a long time. I am 63 and encouraged by our youth after our experience. My antiques were treated with care and they encouraged me to take something I really didn’t think would fit. They went the extra mile and smiled. There was no bickering and they worked well together. I definitely will use your business again, evidently your standards are high. Their spacial abilities were STRONG. Thank you for this great first experience.
