Fantastic service that was recommended by Penske truck rental. Their communication is about the best I've ever had from a service company. They are on top of their game and take care of everything. From emails to texts to phone calls, their customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend their services. We rented a 26 foot truck and they had it loaded in two hours with a flight of stairs. The company that unloaded us took an hour.
Juan is hard working, courteous, patient with our needs and worries, and made the whole experience easy. He and his partner Luis, were awesome!

They were late but called a head of time and adjusted their time. When the 2 guys arrived, they asked a lot of questions to map out a plan (I live in an apartment, 2nd floor) and then they explained the process. Afterwards? They immediately got to work. They were careful, efficient, and professional. I would not only recommend them but I absolutely use them again.
The 2 guys arrived on time. They were kind enough to wait for us while we switched out our moving truck. Once we arrived, they quickly went to work. They loaded the boxes and furniture quickly and had the right tools to keep everything tightly packed. They were also very respectful. I will definitely hire them again.

Overall, they did a very good job. They were on time and finished within the scheduled two hour window. They worked hard and were prepared for the job. Perhaps through inexperience, our two micro-suede chairs were wrapped in plastic when furniture blankets should have been put on first. As a result, the plastic wrap made abrasion marks in the arms of the chairs.
