The two guys sent were not able to load the sofa bed. We had to call 2 more people to come do it for them. They were supposed to follow us to the second location but said they had to make another stop for another 30min. They did not know how to load the trailer and tried to lay the leather couch on its back with not padding. We had to rearrange the trailer ourselves. They were however very cordial and communicated very well about when they would arrive.

Antonio was great and awesome! He worked hard. His assistant started out with work good too, but after about an hour he became very lazy. He allowed Antonio to work by himself and sit in his truck and watched Antonio struggle with items. The services I paid for was loading and unloading. Well my washing machine is sitting in the middle of my steps because the assistant refused to assist Antonio any further bc he stated it was his lunch time @10:00am and he was hungry and frustrated. The 5**** given goes out to Antonio that young man was very professional and worked hard with dedication. Thank you again Antonio.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will have great communication with the company. You'll receive top of the line dedicated Movers to help you professionally load your, pod containers, rental truck, semi-truck trailer or unloading help. We make sure customer receives 100% satisfaction.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
What types of moves have you handled?
Prestige Movers handles local & long distance moves (we love long distance), commercial, office, events, same place relocation, evictions, and much more.
