Please do not hire these people. Only 1 person initially showed up (we hired 2), a 2nd person showed up over 39 minutes late and we were told he was hired last minute from Craigslist (so not a professional mover), and they didn’t follow a single direction. It took us over a week to find all of our stuff because boxes were not put in correct places. Owner was completely unprofessional because he was “at the gym and couldn’t talk to” us. Hireahelper wasn’t great at resolving the issue either. Next time I will avoid their services at all costs.

Packer est 0900-1000. I called around 1130, dispatcher didn’t know where they were. Dispatcher called back several hours later to said the packer car broke down and they did have cell service. They were looking for a replacement. By this time it 3pm. The ubox pick up truck had came and I had to reschedule. Around 4pm the dispatcher call to said they found some. They arrived around 0430 pm. I missed event at 0500 pm due to the delay. I would not recommend. I have asked for a refund with no resolution. My card was charged and I put in a dispute.

I had the privilege to have the team of John, Jay and Denny pack 2 16-ft PODS today. They were not only absolutely the most efficient, hard working and professional people, they were nicest guys as well. They were polite but fun, and very attuned to what was important to me with the move. Moving is stressful, both physically and mentally taxing, and I was exhausted. Thankfully they know their business and made it easy for me. I would hire these gentlemen again in a heartbeat.

These guys were AMAZING. Showed up on time. Were clean and neat in appearance. We’re polite and efficient. They were careful of our belongings and were master packers. They packed ALL of our belongings into the PODS we ordered. We could not be more pleased. THANK YOU.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will have great communication with the company. You'll receive top of the line dedicated Movers to help you professionally load your, pod containers, rental truck, semi-truck trailer or unloading help. We make sure customer receives 100% satisfaction.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
What types of moves have you handled?
