It was scheduled for 8am. Tried to reach the office number, it was going to voice mail. When i called the office, they have given a reason that one of the helper is Sick and they are checking for the replacement.
Finally showed up at 10:15 am, and from there it went well. Nothing to complain on helpers, they did a decent job.

The guys were great. They took care to carefully move all of my furniture and even pointed out some scratches that had occurred during the cross-country shipping by another third party. Also, everything was done in a timely manner. I would recommend them.

The two young men that showed up for our move were polite and very helpful. They were an hour late, but that wasn't their fault, their boss forgot about us. They did arrive with a dolly and straps, and they got the job done. I would use them again but i would deal with a different manager.

Not only were our helpers on time, they actually came later after we called because we were stuck in traffic traveling from New Jersey. Once we finally arrived they were quick and efficient in unloading our truck and placing items in the proper rooms. While I do not plan on moving anytime soon, should we need to, I will certainly contact Triangle Labor Services to help us out.

I hired Triangle Labor Services to unload a 26' Penske truck.
These guys were great. I hired two movers and three showed up. They worked hard. For the couple short breaks they took, the time didn't count towards the hours that I hired them for.
I'll definitely hire them again when I move in the future.

They were an hour late for the job and did not have the appliance dolly as stated in the pay. The manager did call and apologize for their lateness. They seemed to be really busy on that saturday and had several teams working. They had to carry our washer and dry up to the second floor which took 3 times as long with no dolly. They were very respectful of my goods and went as fast as they could.

We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.

Meeting new people and facing new challenges every day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
