The guys were on time and had all the equipment needed to move my goods from the POD to my apartment on the third floor. They worked diligently until everything was unloaded and placed to my satisfaction. Not a ding or scratch and nothing broken: a first in all the many, many times I have moved before.
The price and quality of service were excellent. I definitely recommend Triangle Labor Services and will certainly call upon them when I need moving services again.

Pros: Both helpers worked quickly and very hard. We had a tough job with lots of stairs, washer/dryer, and unwieldy furniture. The guys were friendly and upbeat.
Cons: Even though I mentioned the washer and dryer in my reservation, the helpers did not have straps when they arrived, so one had to leave (for about an hour) to get them. Also, although our cube was packed very efficiently (pro, obviously), when we got to our destination to unload, we found that heavy items (boxes labeled books) where packed on top of boxes of china and other fragile items (in boxes marked fragile). This made our cube top heavy which was difficult for the forklift driver, and a few boxes near the bottom were crushed.

They were suposed to arrive between 3 and 4 and called at 3:15 to say that they were still at a job and would not be finished for 2 hours. I told them that not arriving until 5 would be unacceptable and 15 minutes later they called back to say they would be there in 2o miutes. They ended up still being late and not arriving until after 4. They were slow and not very efficient. I would not reccommend them.

I used Triangle Labor Services to unload a 16ft truck into my two-story home. The 2 movers showed up on time and did a great job. They moved quickly and carried items with care. They were friendly, courteous and professional. No complaints.

The 2 guys who helped us were fantastic! They worked fast & efficiently, while still being careful with our belongings. We had them load a 16' PODS container & they did so in a very professional manner - planning carefully what to place where & then making sure it was secured properly.
The phone contact, Mark, was equally professional & personable. The whole process with Hire a Helper was super easy and I will definitely use the service again.

We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.

Meeting new people and facing new challenges every day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
