First, let me say the two men who loaded and unloaded the stuff were great. My problem was that the rules of engagement kept changing.
I originally asked for two hours with two people.I received a call after I made the online request and was told by Eric I could get three men for and additional $20.00. since this was a partial move and we were moving as much of our already boxed goods as we could get in the timeframe for a price, I readily agreed , and we set things up for 8:00 am on Saturday. I arranged all our stuff to accommodate the efforts of three men.
At 8:04 on Saturday, I received a text that the truck would arrive at 8:30. At 8:06, I received a text saying that there would only be two men. At 8;43, they finally arrived. They couldn't load everything because of time, and after unloading a little after 11, I got a text that I'd be charged $40.00 overtime.
So I paid $20 more for less than I was expecting. $40.00 for 20 minutes of overtime is okay...but I really don't like what feels like bait and switch.
I have more to move, but will use another company. Too bad because the movers themselves are very good.

The movers came on time with their own truck which saved me a lot of time of renting and returning the truck.
They did a good job of moving all the furniture and the boxes. They dismantled the bedroom furniture and put is back together in new apt.
Overall they did a good job and I will recommend them and use them again if needed.

They certainly tried their best, although we are still unpacking broken items. One of the movers kept hoisting the light (marked "Fragile") boxes onto his shoulder even when we asked him not to, so many of our things were broken. On the other hand, it was close to 95 that day and they worked very hard and kept to their schedule. They were available on short notice, but were a few hours late arriving for the job. All in all, I'd give them a 6 out of 10.

Not thrilled with the service. They Phoned at expected arrival time to say would be 1/2 late. Arrived without dollies. Charged additional 1/2 hour. Having had a great experience with movers the day before was disappointed in their service.

Very pleasant and hard working! Their truck was in the shop being repaired, but they showed up with a van and they moved all the furnishings efficiently and with a smile! I'm glad that I hired this company!

The guys were a friendly lot and worked non-stop for about three and half hours. The reviews in the past were mixed, so I was quite apprehensive. But they honestly belied my expectations. They came about half hour late, but when I called after the scheduled two-hour window of their arrival, they said they were on their way. They moved the stuff carefully, but did leave a couple of scratch marks on the wall because they did not properly cover the furnitures during moving from one floor to the next. I was quite satisfied and the guys more than satisfied my expectations.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Relief & professionalism. They also can expect to get more items in their POD or Pack-rat / Rental Truck than they expected. They should expect to save a bunch of money on PODS and the Amount of PODS they need to move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A Early arrival & communication. A day %100 dedicated to getting their job done in a efficient time with no damages or mistakes.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure you have blankets! If you are renting a POD or Pack-Rat Be sure to tell them to throw 1-2 dozen blankets in the container before its delivered. Most of the time they don't even charge you. Also gather any washable blankets , sheets or towels we can use for protection... This way you don't have to break the bank on blankets. We also have started to use Boxes from Home depot. Lowes or Walmart. We can cut the boxes open and use them for TV crating, protection of Glass & Surfaces for stacking.
What types of moves have you handled?
NYC jewelry store to LA, NYC home building associations , residential moves, Las Vegas Convention Center (Santee Cosmetics), Oz mannequins + Commercial Appliance Moves. I also moved Rosie O'donnel & Michelle Rounds & many other celebs.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
New scenery & meeting cool. interesting nice people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We watch you tube moving self help videos to stay fresh & consider new techniques to add to our skill sets. We also stretch daily & incorporate cardio into our lives to stay conditioned.
