I have a registered and insured moving and delivery company with a well experience team with over five years of moving, delivery and furniture assembly experience. I have been assembling IKEA furniture and furniture from other furniture stores for over three years. we also haul away all our junk/unwanted furniture and other waste. excellent tv mounting experience. we response really quickly and keep our promises. we are just what you are looking for. we also have the most experience pool table MOVING team, with over five years experience assembling and moving pool tables.

Moving the large pieces of furniture and all the boxes was the purpose of hiring movers, but it's really annoying when you take the time to label your boxes, especially what is fragile and to find out they did not care for that, we had a couple of boxes that were turned on its side, one of them we know it has broken items, the others are a little out of shape, we can't open them yet because they are in a storage unit and we hope nothing else broke. I understand their willingness to make things work, but sometimes you have to be patient and see the situation with a wider perspective, we had a wardrobe box which is supposed to stay up that they also turned around, so all in all not really happy with their moving services. They went out of their way in trying to disassemble a bed frame, unfortunately, it was not possible to do it. They also tried to bring it down the elevator, but it didn't fit either, so we appreciate the effort but we told them not to worry about it when we realized it was a lost cause and they tried a little longer, in the process they chipped it in many places and the drawers were chipped also, the whole frame was trashed.
Sorry you feel that way. And thank you for letting us know. However, our policy is caring for our client's stuff. That is why we do go an extra mile to ensure we satisfy our customers. And I am glad you mentioned that the movers when an extra mile to ensure that your bed is move and were willing to do more before you stop them because you were concerned with time. I agree with you that going an extra mile to satisfy the customer is a little time consuming but it is not the movers fault or intention. Our goal is to satisfy the customers, that's all. And the movers confirmed to me that the daughter was concerned with time and because of that she interfered with the move greatly. She practically directed the movers how to pack in the storage, going against their advice. Next time Please avoid interfering so that the movers can do what they are trained to and use their expertise freely. Given that you were actively involved in packing because you were concerned about time it's very possible that you kept some boxes upside down and that stuff may be damaged. You just can't blame it on the movers. They told me that they advised you that everything will not fit into the storage but you disagreed at first and was packing and directing how it be packed and at the end of the day everything didn't fit and you ended up renting another unit. Next time please follow my advice and you will enjoy the service our movers will render

The 2 fellas showed up on time, ready to work w great attitudes. They were through, and really hustled. I was appreciative of the fact that I was in a time crunch. Things were wrapped well and expeditiously. Nothing was broken and costs were all inclusive. I'd for sure recommend them. Kept in good contact about confirmation of appointment, arrival time and costs.

The movers were great. They showed up on time and moved everything we needed. They were super accommodating of where we wanted everything and stayed late to finish the move. They were very careful with all our items. Also were mindful of the condo’s move in timelines.
