I have a registered and insured moving and delivery company with a well experience team with over five years of moving, delivery and furniture assembly experience. I have been assembling IKEA furniture and furniture from other furniture stores for over three years. we also haul away all our junk/unwanted furniture and other waste. excellent tv mounting experience. we response really quickly and keep our promises. we are just what you are looking for. we also have the most experience pool table MOVING team, with over five years experience assembling and moving pool tables.

Movers showed up 3 hours late, and went to the wrong location first. They were very tired from a previous job so it took 5 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment when it should have taken 4. Not particularly professional. Would not recommend/use them again.
I am sorry you feel that way. Our goal is to satisfy our customers 100%. However, there are issues beyond our control like what happened on your move date that made us to come late. When sure issues occur we communicate with our customer appropriately. That is why I immediately called you and told you that we will be late. Your movers were dispatch on time but their truck ?? broke down on the way. When our truck broke down on the way we can Either setup a new team/truck or send a mechanic to go to the spot and fix it. I know that either way it will take time that is why I inform you immediately.
And as for the additional hour it took. Remember we had two drop off locations and that the first drop off location was over 1hr drive. It took an additional hour because we had two stops. I am sure you did not consider that with multiple stops it takes longer than with just one step. Our policy is caring. I am glad the movers took good care of your stuff.
Since the truck broke down incident, we take extra measures to ensure that we have one truck stand by, just incase
