Would give 10 stars if I could. We just moved into our 33d home. I know; crazy . We reached out to Brookwood on HireAHelper due to their value combined with ratings. Super good. Our three helpers unloaded two containers. They worked hard and were very careful with our household goods. Could not recommend more highly. If and when we go to home 34, we will hire these guys again, no question.

Arrived on time. Courteous Worked quickly. Stopped to point out any damage that occurred during transit. I had just put in new floors and patiently held furniture up while I attached pads to the furniture to protect the floors. Came prepared to work.

The crew arrived on time and finished the job, unloading 2 PODS and moving the furniture into the house, in less than 2 hours, all at a very reasonable price and no damage done to items or house. Good job! Yes, I would recommend them and use them again.

They were on time and worked hard and efficiently. Took great care with my furniture and even pointed out the places where items had been damaged in transit so I could file an insurance claim. I ended up changing my mind about which beds go where - twice! - and they were perfectly fine about it. I would totally use them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

Prompt and efficient crew, all uniformed. Dollies, tools, plastic wrap and rope on every job. We also sell blankets at request.

Pack all belongings into boxes, and separate anything that is NOT going to be packed, into a clearly defined area.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We are a small business and operate with 6 total crew members. Because of this, all of my guys get 5+ moves a week, 100's a year per member. We are a very experienced team.
