One of the guys was late. They moved very slowly. Very chatty. I don't mind having a conversation, but not if it is going to slow them down. I had to tell them things to do. It was like it was there first time moving. I was moving faster and at times carrying heavier loads and I was old enough to be their mother. Not impressed at all.

These gentlemen were very pleasant and courteous, were on time and prepared with tools to assemble a bed and even tightened some loose legs to a desk (without a request from me). They were very efficient with their use of time and I would definitely recommend them!

I can't say enough about Brookwood movers. A truley top notch moving company. After receiving a call from Budget the evening I was supposed to pick up my truck telling me my truck would not be available, I contacted Tim and Chris to let them know of my situation. Tim reassured me everything will work out as he has seen problems like this before. He told me to keep him posted (about the rental truck) and they would work me into their schedule. I received the truck the next day, contacted Tim and Chris and they fit me into their schedule in between jobs. Tim and crew showed up early, worked noon stop (4 hrs), loaded the truck perfectly, and took personal care of all my items. I can't thank them enough. Without any hesitation I would highly recommend Brookwood movers . Excellent job guys!!!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Prompt and efficient crew, all uniformed. Dollies, tools, plastic wrap and rope on every job. We also sell blankets at request.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack all belongings into boxes, and separate anything that is NOT going to be packed, into a clearly defined area.

Long distance, local, full service, labor only, corporate. Everything.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We are a small business and operate with 6 total crew members. Because of this, all of my guys get 5+ moves a week, 100's a year per member. We are a very experienced team.
