They did a good job of moving everything they needed and took care of most of our items. Minor scratches here and there. My only critique was the pace of work. When paying for 2 hours, it seemed lagged and took longer than expected to get larger items loaded. Overall, they were super friendly and I would recommend.

Tavarius and Franklin from CHH were wonderful! They took great care of my furniture and they packed my POD with care! I highly recommend Cortez’s Helping Hands and will use the again and again!

Nate and his partner were INCREDIBLE!! Way exceeded our expectations. They arrived on time, immediately started working, worked very hard without breaks or distractions to achieve all that we needed them to do within our timeframe. We are moving into a newly built home and they were very very respectful making sure everything was moved in with no damage to our new home or property. Extremely professional! Will definitely call on them again.

I just had a few things going up & downstairs after the movers left. They had a hard time finding my newly built home like all the services, but once they got here they were so polite & made me feel comfortable working with them. They were careful & very helpful like they were moving their own stuff. They even bit together a new laundry cart for me. Nathan & his associate were great!

On time. Somewhat prepared. I had suggested ahead of time to bring a dolly with pneumatic tires because we had to cross the lawn with several heavy pieces. I also noted in the original reservation that there were pieces weighing over 300 lbs. They really didn't come prepared for this. He charged me extra for handling these pieces after the fact. They did work hard and fast. Maybe a bit too fast at times. They were very respectful and got the job done. Would I use again? Maybe. I was overall satisfied. I just hope I never need to move again.

Osshawn, Law, Jadin for Charlie’s Angel Moving labor helped with my move in June. The three of them did a great job. 10/10. They took care of my stuff. Also helped with making sure that everything went where it’s supposed to be. I would recommend the three gentlemen. They were awesome. Very professional and respectful. Marcus called to confirm the move a couple of days out..which I was happy about. On moving day Marcus called to confirm. They were on time and so polite, it felt like family was moving me. Marcus put me at total ease and they got to work! They moved all my assigned items and help me with some other items as well. Marcus is truly "A Master Packer" & he packed my POD to perfection!! We had recent bad luck with movers, so we were hesitant to hire movers again. However, IJC was great. They called ahead and had me send photos of any items that were questionable (they were fine). They showed up inside the arrival window and performed a thorough walk-through before starting. The crew lead said that the job would take a little longer than the estimate and he asked if we wanted them to stop at the cut-off time or finish the job (very considerate!). The 3 crew members were hard working, polite, and asked questions when needed. They were careful, and nothing was damaged in the move! They are worth the money, and I would be happy to hire them again.
