They got everything loaded (even when I thought it wasn’t possible) and didn’t leave as much as a scratch in my house. They were friendly and stayed professional. I have moved all over the country and the thing with these services is that you never really know who you are gonna get and what level of care they are gonna give. So in many ways it’s a dice roll. It seemed as though these guys cared more about my belongings then I did and finished well under time. They were jovial, kind, respectful, and finished the unloading in record time. The crew will introduce themselves to the customer and answer any questions they may have. Preform a walk-through of the home or apt. so the customer can confirm what is to be loaded. If we are unloading ask the layout of each room for placement of furniture.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Seal all boxes and label contents on the side of the box. Remove all breakable items, jewelry and high value items from furniture.
