Richard and Mike arrived promptly and got started immediately. They worked very hard and fast. With Richard’s 20 years of loading experience, he was able to load the contents of a large home tightly into 2 16ft containers. I am still amazed at the service I received and am so glad I decided to utilize First Class.

Great guys, and they were on time. I had four hours booked and they finished in one. I was able to only pay the two hour minimum, cutting my estimate in half.
In addition, they were extremely careful with everything and handled the larger appliances with ease. Nothing was scratched, and there were no dings in any walls.
Overall- would highly recommend!

I had no problems with the help my issue was I was told I would get two helpers for two hours. Instead of calling ahead of time, one helper showed up instead of two. I was informed that only one could show because another was exposed to Covid. If I would have know we would only have one helper I would have rescheduled. Instead I had to call a few friends to have them help. Very inconvenient and will not use this service again because of it.

The crew will introduce themselves to the customer and answer any questions they may have. Preform a walk-through of the home or apt. so the customer can confirm what is to be loaded. If we are unloading ask the layout of each room for placement of furniture.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Seal all boxes and label contents on the side of the box. Remove all breakable items, jewelry and high value items from furniture.
