We had 4 guys helping us move and they were so great. We lived on the 3rd floor condo with no elevator. They were such troopers and moved us really fast. It was a three bedroom condo with over 70 boxes and lots of big, heavy and awkward furniture. They didn't complain at all and were so careful with our furniture. Our plans changed and they were able to help unload our uhaul into our storage unit. I loved this company so much that we will be hiring them again in November to move into our new house which is currently being built.

The crew was absolutely great, and accomplished what we preconceived as an impossible task, which was to get an upright piano to the second floor loft of our cabin. We were very appreciative of their work!

Big Boy movers were amazing. Polite, professional, tireless and very careful with everything. The 2 young men were on time, prepared for the job, and ready to rock and roll. They had a tough job with a lot of heavy items and several flights of steep concrete stairs. They worked non stop very hard and called for back up to help get a bed frame disassembled with the proper tools. A third gentleman showed up with power tools and did a fast and perfect job. I would use them again and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

They called to see if they could come an hour early and they showed up a few mins before that time. They did a great job loading everything up into the truck and even assisting my boyfriend with disassembling the bed frame he was struggling to take apart. They finished it all in just over an hour an a half so we didn't go over our 2 hours too. I would definitely use them again.

I don’t think they had as much experience loading as I would have preferred. They seemed to require many instructions. They were hard workers though and it went fairly well. Their speed left a little to be desired but I think that will get better with time.There was a mix up regarding my phone number, which gave the job a late start. They did stay a little over to help complete the loading.
