I have used you a couple of times before and was very pleased. This last 2 I had were not the best. They were very polite and all but they did not pack the POD well at at, we ended up repacking most of it and they should have been able to finish the job while there but didn't, they started out good then got slower and slower. My granddaughter and I ended up redoing and then finishing the job. It was frustrating. I will use you again, I can't judge the company overall by one bad experience when you have helped me in the past.
