My experience was not all bad but not all good. The first two movers that loaded to pod failed to put blankets on the floor of the pod as that I had provided. So some of the furniture shifted and was damaged. I have a very expensive desk that was scratched terribly that can not be repaired. I have a mattress that was dirtied horribly on the bottom of the feet end on top. A small end table that has a chip out of it and two glass shelves that were shattered. The two movers were so careful and did a great job. Each time for the load and the unload they were suppose to bring tools and did not. The beds were not assembled as I was told that they would be. I have specifically made it a point to remind the gentlemen that called me for the reminder. I don't know that I would use this company again.

Called to let me know that they were stuck in traffic. They were kind and courteous. They were prepared for the job as I expected and worked swiftly. I would use them again.

The two guys that came to load my Pod were very nice and efficient. I had hired them for three hours, however when they got to my home they said they had to leave 30 minutes early as on of them needed to get to school. They also did not bring tools as stated in the contract. I feel that if you have hired them for three hours, that they send two people that can stay for the full three hours.

The movers arrived on time but unfortunately they were inexperienced with loading and securing a Pod. We called the moving coordinator asked asked to have someone return to secure the load, explaining what had happened (not stacked to the top, no ropes used, although we provided them). The service had the same people return and obviously they still didn’t know what to do. We would not recommend this company if you have a Pod or moving truck to fill.

They worked very hard; had to bring some very large furniture pieces down to a basement, on stairs that made a 180 turn on a small landing. They never hit a wall with any of the furniture. The only mishap was when Dallas was going first down the stairs, and somehow dropped his end on the bedroom dresser they were taking to the basement. I am not sure how it happened. The foot of the dresser was broken. Luckily, that dresser was an older, not so good piece. My husband will try to fix it.
Overall, the move went very well. The young men were very clean looking and very polite.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
