The two Big Boy Movers arrived promptly at the scheduled time. After completing the initial paperwork, they immediately went to unpacking the PODS that I had used for the move. In a little less time than the anticipated two hours, they emptied the pod, carried the furniture and many book boxes up to the third floor, and deposited them in the rooms based on my instruction. They handled my goods with care. I would definitely use them again.

I would recommend Big Boy Movers. The guys were friendly, professional, and helpful.
The reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars is that, somehow, the city name on the address given to the workers was incorrect (though this information had been correct on all previous electronic communications, and the zip code remained correct). This mis-directed one mover, who as a result arrived 30 minutes late.
The job was still finished in under 2 hours with my help, but I could see that the movers were frustrated by the wrong information from headquarters.

The movers arrived on time and ready to work. They had to deal with a second floor apartment but never complained or tired. They had the entire apartment cleaned out in the allotted 2 hours and were very careful with all our belongings. They made the whole process so easy for us, I would certainly recommend them again! Thank you!

The guys that showed (I apologize, I'm terrible with names) did an amazing job unloading my truck for me. I paid for two hours of work, they had it done in just over an hour. I don't mind paying that extra for the job they did. I couldn't have done it myself due to my back situation even if I wanted to. Thank you Big Biy Movers! We'll be moving again in a year or so, expect a phone call from me again for your help.
