They did a great job with our tight time schedule. Unpacked our moving pod quickly and efficiently. Very friendly to boot!

They had NO EQUIPMENT. No hand truck, no come-along nothing . They packed a 16' container all at one end and to the ceiling instead of distributing the weight evenly throughout the space. When they repacked it correctly they didn't use the tie downs or the rope I provided to secure the load. You need to give these people some basic training in how to load a container, it's not that difficult. They were on time, they were not prepared for the job,they worked hard but not well, they were respectful of my stuff, I would watch every move they made I'd I hired them again. They need training.
