Showed up at designated time and were very good with our furniture, some of which were antiques. They put the dining room table together for us, as well. They were so efficient that the job was completed in less than an hour. Any chance of a refund for the second hour?

The guys who did the unloading of my trailer were very good and quite helpful; even assembled several bed frames. My only complaint was that they arrived 3 hours after the scheduled time. In fairness to the working crew, they stated that the scheduling problem occurred at the office and they were apparently double-booked for my time slot. Otherwise, quite happy with the service.

They were over 4 hours late from the time block they gave me. They took off $50 for my inconvenience but I feel it should have been more since it only took them 40 minutes to unload my truck, which was great!, but since I paid for two hours and waited 5 hours for them to arrive it should have at least been a $100 credit.

Two workers were supposed to show at 9:00 am but showed up after 9:30 am. The first thing I noticed was that they didn’t have the proper equipment. They were only using a small flat dolly with carpeting and wheels. They were moving so slowly that I called the company for a third person to help. The move cost me much more than I expected. I fault the company for not training these young men. They were bouncing off the walls of my newly painted condo and I needed to have my painters come back to do touch up. They left empty water bottles and coffee cups on the ground around the POD. The new bungee cords I bought were left on the grass. The door of the POD was left open. A miserable move in compared to the two young men who loaded the POD in CA.
