They provided on time service and muscle but they had very little moving skills. The tore a hole in kitchen vinyl floor dragging dining room table, nicked nearly every corner wall, broke a small baseboard in the kitchen. They frequently dragged bigger items across the floor.
They did lift some big items through narrow spaces, but overall they clearly had limited experience being careful and respectful for what they were bringing in.
This was the 3rd time I used HireAHelper on this move from Oregon to Florida and this last stop in Florida was the only bad experience.
Absolutely best movers did not return my calls. HireAHelper is dealing with damage claims and have been very responsive so far.

The good: they worked hard and fast.
The bad: they did not call before they arrived. They were not supplied with any shrink wrap like it advertised they would bring with them, they were not too happy that I had wrap and blankets and insisted they use both. They tracked filthy footprints all over my floor. They only stacked the items about 6 or 7 feet high, not the full height of the truck trailer, causing me to pay for more linear footage of the truck. Their company should reimburse me for that cost.
I would never refer them.
