The guys showed up on time, kept moving at a reasonable pace and were polite. We had everything ready wrapped and ready to go. They did not communicate what they might have needed to be more successful and would have benefited myself and them if I had project managed them more thoroughly. They had a long walk and elevator ride, but didn’t do a good job of stacking up the material they needed to load on the truck to maximize the load. So half a truck load to the storage locker and wasted time driving back and forth. They broke a ceiling light fixture cover, made a small tear in the sofa, banged up most of the corners of the heavy bedroom furniture and politely apologized for all of it. In the end they timed out and gave us 30 minutes at no charge, but my son and I moved more in 4 hours than they did, just saying.
