We had the same company for both ends of the local move. On the first leg of the move, a rolled up 10 x 12 area rug was left behind. I only noticed it hadn't been loaded after the POD was picked up the next day. Also, on the other end of the move, although they spent some time in the basement hypothetically putting the exercise equipment back together, when I went downstairs after they'd left, I saw that one piece of heavy equipment was still disassembled. No one told me about it before they were paid, tipped and gone. Still, they were pleasant guys who showed up on time and seemed to work hard, and nothing got broken in the move.

Husband as in what to move etc. they loaded our container with care/patience. Even made adjustments/recommendations to us for ease of loading. Even when a problem arose or help was going to be needed they declined respectfully and worked together to resolve. They even loaded our dumpster with no complaint. I’d def use them again!!! Thanks guys for making this process a bit easier for us!!
