I was disappointed -- the movers came to my apartment complaining about the stairs. I live on in a 2nd floor apartment. They discussed how I should be charged extra for the stairs. I don't have a problem with that, I just don't believe it should be discussed the day of the service. The movers were nice enough but they worked exactly 2 hours...no option to pay for additional time. I have a medical condition that prevents me from lifting more than 5 pounds which is the reason I had to hire movers in the first place. They left quite a bit of stuff because their time was up and I had to find another mover to help move the stuff they left. Not moving all the stuff is just crazy work!!!!

We had a truly disappointing experience with **Moving Masters LLC**. From the start, the movers were slow, unmotivated, and constantly nagging about the work. Instead of helping us efficiently, they spent a lot of time on their phones, chatting with each other, and watching us do the heavy lifting. My wife, my 13-year-old son, and I ended up carrying most of the stuff ourselves while they stood around and barely contributed.
To make matters worse, they didn’t handle our belongings with care. They broke a chest of drawers and an Italian leather couch, and their poor packing job inside the truck was unacceptable. Half an hour before their scheduled time was up, they started asking to leave and completely stopped working, leaving us to finish the job ourselves.
This was a horrible experience, and I would strongly advise against hiring **Moving Masters LLC**. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with unprofessional movers who make the process even harder!

Super friendly gentlemen who even were patient with me when I had them relocate the furniture several times to get everything to fit. They even asked me where everything went instead of just throwing it inside.

hire two people for 3 hours. The two young guys were fast and they were careful. finished all and unloaded in only two hours. Great young men and they managed alot in a short amount of time.

The customer can expect us to arrive on time with all the tools and equipment requested. All crew members will be in inform ready to work.

A customer should prepare by making the move as convenient as possible for the crew. From knowing what needs packed/loaded/unloaded. Placements of belongings when unloading/unpacking.
