I had two teams. Four men to load my 26' Penske truck, and four different men to unload at my destination. The process was flawless! These teams are phenomenal. I highly recommend.
They disassembled and then reassembled my living room and bedroom furniture. All of my belongings were well taken care of.
I would like to highlight one gentleman, WHO SHINED IN MY EYES, and went over and beyond to locate and bring back to me an heirloom bin that had generational china in it...over 100 years old. This worker's name is Tobias. I can't thank him enough. This gentleman showed kindness and caring. I hope this review prompts strong recognition for him.

My first concern was that my move was not confirmed by the company themselves, and I had to reach out to ensure the job was scheduled. The movers were punctual and professional; however, they did not bring any tools for assembly of a bed frame, which was listed in the move request. I felt they were underprepared and would not recommend this company.

Trey and Larry were awesome. They showed up early and worked so hard. They were friendly and very professional. We finished in 90 minutes versus the 2 hours allotted. Highly recommend these this team.

They arrived early to assess the area. This allowed them to leave early as well. They laid out a plan and got to it. Friendly, communicative and worked hard and well together. Even with my last minute adds, they still finished quickly!! 20 stars to them and Hire a Helper

The movers were on time and ready to start. We had four gentlemen and all were very polite and did a very gentle job of unloading and placing items where they were going I would definitely be willing to recommend them to anyone that is interested in using them I have one more load to bring in from out of state and will be using them again

After his crew were unable to show up due to equipment breakdown, Randy, owner of Moving Masters, came to our property on his own time, and completed the entire POD loading in one hour! He was superb! Furniture was carefully packed tight and with no damage.
Randy’s professionalism and work ethic is unmatched! Highly recommended personally.

I owned the 57 unit apartment complex which I was moving from due to sale. I had asked for 2 seasoned packer/mover guys for 4hrs. To pack my new 24’ car trailer to move 1100 miles from OH to Maine. Although labor pricy, $140/hr, I hired them through the company. They arrived on time but sat for 10 mins trying to call me verses coming to apartment parking lot entrance for security clearance and entry as instructed. Okay. Both guys nice & respectful. Jose had 3yrs of moving experience and his helper 3 weeks & clueless as to how to help Jose efficiently or anticipate what needed to be done like hold doors open, turn couch vertical and angle around corner etc. all which slowed Jose down. They arrived with a homeowner light duty hand truck without straps to move fridge and or freezer that took >20 mins to bring down 2 wide stair case flights (think old high school stairs) ( I provided commercial) hand truck. I explained to Brandon the dispatcher/manager my apartment is in converted high school with an elevator located across campus. Easier & quicker to use stairs for two flights. I traverse stairs 10-15x day & I’m 65. These young guys who work out for a living, should be okay. They used elevator for 85% of move. Which ate up more time. Most items in marked top & side totes, ones with glass are fragile. Labels out when packing so you know what’s inside easily. Do Not stack heavy totes on totes containing Glass so that needed reminding & correcting. Process took additional two hrs beyond contracted time.
I made it to Maine even though trailer was tonge heavy, not sure about damaged items due to items being stored in trailer until end of week when I can gain access to home for unpacking. Frankly, I could have hired two guys for $25@/hr and gotten same or better results. Company needs to train their workers and provide proper equipment to do the work. In previous life after 9-11 I worked at UPS 170 hub who are professional packers of semi’s. I just wished I had the time and they the inclination to learn to be the best too. Their moving grade is a C to C- At UPS they would be retrained and monitored. Hope this helps.

We provide video training to learn how to properly load trucks. We also have new members train with leads for a two week period.
