Jon Winston and his brother were professional, on time, courteous, fast, strong, and had very strong physical stamina throughout the job engagement. They dealt with the anomalies of having to position the moving truck and move it for other residents of the apartment building when those folks were a bit grouchy about the location of the truck with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
They were careful with my stuff, the apartment walls, doors, etc., and got us moved out on time.
They used a smart phone app for payment and timing of the engagement, which was nice to know that the software was watching the clock and the app had a way to extend the time and had a place for a tip if I wanted to if I hadn't planned on having any cash on hand.

Jon and Antoine arrived 5 minutes early and were ready to work. John was very considerate and made every effort to prevent dings and scratches during the move. I anticipated a 3 hour or more move, but they were able to complete it in little less than that . I would recommend them.

They seemed a bit unorganized and tired already when they arrived. They threw things in the rooms in no order. I'm thankful they put my bed together, but I've just had more efficient movers. They left their empty water bottles, had to be reminded where to put things and I think they took the red dolly that I rented from Home Depot. Lowkey a disaster.

Making sure all items that can be packed is safely secured. Remove any small items that will be in the movers walk way.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handled all types of moves from rearranging furniture in a house doctors office, spas, we do state to state lots of work is local for the average joe/Jane from one location to the other.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Traveling is the best part of the move seeing different areas and meeting people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Communication skills as this is just as important as any labor skills. We teach them to stack boxes properly, use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, rope etc
