They were early and very hard working, however, I do not feel like they were respectful of our property and goods. A few boxes were broken due to them overloading the weight on their dolly. Those boxes had valuable things in them and even with putting Fragile stickers on specific boxes, they stacked those boxes along with all other ones and those were among the broken boxes.
We would not use this moving company again.

Jon and his partner did a wonderful job with my recent move from Los Angeles to Long Beach. Despite the rainy environment, they were punctual at both locations and efficient when moving large furniture in and out. I will use and recommend them moving forward.

The movers were a son and his dad, and they made the whole experience pretty uncomfortable. They were fighting with each other from the minute they arrived, and that continued a lot throughout the move. They weren't great at communication throughout, including starting to disassemble some stuff without saying so or asking for any kind of guidance, and also almost losing some of the parts of what they disassembled.
The U-Pack Relocube was filled properly (hopefully), I appreciated the work they did (especially since I recently got hip surgery), and the younger guy apologized for arguing with his dad, but at the end of the day, not the best experience. Kind of wishing I'd gone for a more expensive option to avoid the hassle of what was already a stressful move.

What types of moves have you handled?
We handled all types of moves from rearranging furniture in a house doctors office, spas, we do state to state lots of work is local for the average joe/Jane from one location to the other.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Traveling is the best part of the move seeing different areas and meeting people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Communication skills as this is just as important as any labor skills. We teach them to stack boxes properly, use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, rope etc
