They were not on time as scheduled. Scheduled for 0900-1000, arrived at 1210.

We Chose these movers because Pod Recommended them . However, when the Pods arrived cross country, the doors were jammed. The load inside has shifted because they were not packed/tied off correctly. It took Pods Two hours to finally tilt the pods and free up the doors. The movers had ample tie downs and blankets but they were not used. (Pod was ready to cut holes into the units to get in and charge us for the damage). We are still unpacking and may have to put in a insurance claim.

Wow! These guys were amazing and I couldn’t have done it without them. I scheduled 3 guys for 4 hours and thought that would be plenty of time. Was I wrong! They worked an extra hour to make sure everything was loaded! They packed our 16ft POD like pros! I’m pretty sure they are Tetris Masters! Not only did they make use of every inch of space, they were incredibly careful with our belongings. They literally worked the entire time, at a steady pace and earned every penny I spent on hiring them. Lastly, they were polite, organized, calm (since I wasn’t, this helped), and genuinely seemed to care about making this move as stress free as possible for me! If you end up with these guys, you’re lucky!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
