They were great! Wrapped and protected my furniture and belongings, a packed every bit of space.

They did a great job except at the end. The last two PCs of furniture the loaded in in a way the blankets came off and the furniture was unprotected. I provid3d plastic wrap so there is no reason this should have happened. I tried to recover but difficult because I would have had to unpack to do so correctly.

Lucky Movers did a great job. They (3 guys) arrived on time and ready to work. They came with all their equipment and supplies needed to load our Pods. From the time they arrived, they were pleasant and appeared to be very respectful of us and our possessions. We were moving out of a 3 bedroom home, so we were concerned about how long it would take. We had packed and wrapped approximately 95% of everything in advance. We were pleasantly surprised when it took only 4 1/2 hours. In addition they moved a sofa and love seat that we weren't taking to our friends 3 doors away. They all worked hard and well together. We would recommend them.

Do not hire Lucky Movers. They are careless, slow, poor communicators, have no idea what they’re doing in regards to loading a POD, and it resulted in one of the worst moving experiences I’ve had. They literally used tape to secure heavy furniture and other items, stacked very heavy boxes on lighter boxes, and carelessly packed our POD. Would not recommend & hope that hire helpers looks into this business so other people don’t share this experience.

Their service was OK...they moved very slow to run the clock up.
It should’ve been done ways sooner we had no stairs straight shot in the house . They move a piece of furniture and then they walked really really slowly and looked at their phones to get another piece of furniture. It got to the point where I said “come on guys you’re moving so slow.” But that didn’t do anything. So of course we went over our three hour estimate. But if they walked at a normal pace it would’ve been done in 2 1/2 or 3 hours.

Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.

Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
