This is the second time we have used Lucky Movers and have them scheduled for two more pod unloads. They are so efficient and pleasant to work with

We were moving stuff from a storage unit into a Storage Pod, which would then be trailered to our home. We kept having schedule changes from the Pod Company, but our movers were very cooperative about shifting the arrival time. They brought 2 kinds of dolly with them & plastic wrap & tape. They packed things into the Pod carefully & helped us wrap some items which might have been damaged. Did everything I asked. We knew there was a 2 hour minimum, and they had it done in 1 hour - without rushing or skimping. We were very happy when they were done, but had our fingers crossed nothing would break en route (pod being delivered by pod company - not movers). Even happier when it was all delivered safe and sound to our home. Nothing broken & hardly anything shifted, which meant it had been very well packed - even though there was empty space in the pod. Also very polite. Would hire again in a heartbeat!

They were on time. They packed the moving pods making room for more furniture to fit in. They treated all our furniture like valuables, wrapping it in furniture pads and plastic. They were very efficient and we will definitely use them again to unpack the pods

I was moving out of my house and all of my belongings were going into 2 PODS units for storage until I could move into my new place. Hire a Helper connected me with Lucky Movers. Ivan called me to let me know when they were on the way. He and Carlos arrived on time, assessed the size of the job and got to work immediately. They brought their own moving equipment and wrapping supplies. They were respectful of me and my property. They worked hard and were very methodical in packing the storage units. I was so thankful for their help and expertise. I could not have done it without them. I would hire them again and I would recommend them to anyone needing to move.

Ivan and Carlos were friendly and helpful. They review what needed to be loaded and went right to work. They worked the entire 3 hours without break and loaded everything into the pod. They did such a professional job I have room for still more, when I was afraid I would need a second pod. They were efficient, pleasant and hard working. I would recommend them again and really appreciated the low cost.

Moving was great. At the end of 3 and a half of 4 hours, they decided they had moved everything and didn't offer to help any further with moving things around and set up. Paid for the full 4 hours so expected a bit more.

Ivan and his helper were on time and prepared to handle the big job. They were diligent about their work and worked well together to maximize their time. They were very careful with our furnishings and even went as far as to add additional padding and tapping when necessary. I plan to use them again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
