The movers took 10 hours to move a 2-bedroom apartment less than a mile away, and left the majority of our boxes behind. They did not take the tv's off the walls like they said they would, so we had to hire a contractor to move the tv's and rented a truck the next day to move the boxes ourselves.
They seemed to move as slowly as possible to earn more money (taking multiple breaks, and 20 minutes to come back after loading each piece of furniture). To make matters worse, the moving company held our belongings hostage in the parking lot until we agreed to pay for 4 more hours for them to unload the truck.
Run, don't walk, away from this scam moving service!

Great team of movers that made a hard job quite easy. Had a small window to load truck and their help made the job get down quick and efficiently. They arrived early and got right on the job. Would recommend to anyone looking for help in moving or loading/unloading.

It was just okay, when they arrived (on time) I showed them each what and where I wanted to start. One of them listen and the other I found in the trailer reorganizing after the first trip. The goal was to break everything down items together in each room and wrap it up then move into the truck. The mover didn’t save that much space for how much time he spent reorganizing it. I ended up paying for an extra hour and still didn’t make much of a difference. Once I showed him the last four items they only got three done in the last hour with one of the three just being left next to the truck ramp. They had no desire to move at a fast pace. Felt like they Wanted to just drag it out. Still greatful for their assistance

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
