Working with Hire A Helper and Rigos made my cross-country move extremely smooth. Many thanks to the teams on both ends who patiently worked through logistical challenges due to delayed arrival and placement of my moving container - both Mel and Sammy (HireAHelper) and Martha (Rigo's) changed plans quickly, efficiently and communicated with me throughout. Hired 2 gentleman for 2 hrs for a one bedroom apartment move and it was easily one of my best moving decisions. These guys were such a pleasure to work with, kind and respectful. They were careful with my things, wrapped anything that needed securing, deconstructed and reconstructed my bed, and helped me maneuver a huge truck. Recommending to friends and strangers alike! We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
