They were on time and communicated when they were 30 minutes out. They were somewhat prepared for the job. They brought a single dolly (for two movers) - it would’ve been twice as fast with a dolly per mover. They worked hard and hustled but the lack of equipment and execution was definitely not great. Nothing was damaged and they were careful. I would not use them again compared to my experience with other movers if I am being honest. They were nice, respectful, delicate movers but not the most efficient and came less prepared than previous movers.

I was impressed with the friendliness and clean language of the workers. I am very frustrated with the preparedness and efficiency of the workers. First, they came without the proper tools – to take the furniture apart and move the furniture - we provided tools and a dolly. Second – I did not find that their speed and their space efficiency in packing our pod was what I expected from professional movers. An example of this is that the first items they put in were two fragile items that could not support weight on top of it which left a significant gap between the items and the ceiling. Upon our arrival at our new home, indeed a number of items were damaged simply due to the location of placement.
