The movers arrived 30 minutes late. They did text me to let me know they were going to be late with about 20 minutes left in there window to arrive. The movers did a very good job during the move. They worked very efficiently and worked hard. For some reason after packing the truck it took they almost an hour to start unpacking the truck even thought the house we were moving in was no more then 30 minutes away. I would say for the movers themselves I would give 4 stars.
Now for the company themselves… the reason it dropped to 2 stars. I requested 5 hours of time but it only took 3.5 hours to finish the job. YES I did sign off on paying for the 5 hours not knowing I could request to only pay for the time they actually worked. No matter what the rude person I spoke to today the mover that was in charge never gave me the option to only pay for 3.5 hours nor did I say to leave at 5 hours. When I was able to look at the final invoice that was emailed me later that evening I noticed it said “ Estimating your move time can be tricky, and Top Movers are typically available to work up to one hour past your pre-booked time. If your job finishes more quickly than expected, they can refund up to one unused hour over their 2 hour minimum”.
So I wait until today July 5 to call and request a refund for the 1 hour. The person, Justin at Top Movers was very rude and unprofessional. He refused to refund the money claiming his work said I told them to just keep the 5 hours on the invoice and since I already signed off it was too late to refund the money. I did call HireaHelper and after a back and forth with them did get a refund. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

They came right on time. So respectful. Extremely efficient, fast moving. No bad language, kept on their shirts the whole time so my kids could be around. They were so polite. They didn't leave until everything was perfect, the PODS opened and closed smoothly. All around, a great crew, friendly, super polite. Finished in way less time than we thought. Absolutely recommend!
