Fantastic service that was recommended by Penske truck rental. Their communication is about the best I've ever had from a service company. They are on top of their game and take care of everything. From emails to texts to phone calls, their customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend their services. We rented a 26 foot truck and they had it loaded in two hours with a flight of stairs. The company that unloaded us took an hour.
Keith and his coworker arrived right on time, and quickly unloaded our truck! We didn't have a lot of furniture, but it needed to be carried up 3 flights of stairs.
Excellent service. Both gentlemen were pleasant, courteous & very efficient. They handled my furniture with care & were extremely skillful with odd sized pieces. Would highly recommend them.

The 2 guys arrived on time. They were kind enough to wait for us while we switched out our moving truck. Once we arrived, they quickly went to work. They loaded the boxes and furniture quickly and had the right tools to keep everything tightly packed. They were also very respectful. I will definitely hire them again.
I needed help moving a very heavy item into a difficult location and it had to be lifted several feet over some shrubbery as well. VIP Movers was able to get the needed 4 movers out early the next morning (after I only contacted them later than 5pm the day before) and they were great! Thank you!
