Overall, the company did a decent job. The gentlemen who moved me took a very long time to load the truck, but did so expertly. The move went over by 4 hours which was very unexpected as I was quoted a 3 hour time should have been enough time. The movers did a really nice job making sure all of my items were well taken care of, but moved very slowly.

The team from AJ Moving & Delivery LLC were unprofessional, rude , walked into the door complaining. I would not recommend this company to anyone...No one should have to deal with a company that does not understand the meaning of customer service.
For example, I had marked a box clearly labeled " GLASS, FRAGILE" on the sides and on top of the box, this team stacked heavier boxes on top of this box breaking some of the glasses and mugs within the box. They left boxes behind, did not assembled back all of the furniture they dis-assembled.
I’m very sorry on your experience and how your move turned out. We were informed by the crew that your job was bigger than we were told by you and 2 movers loaded and unloaded a 26’ truck which averages between 7500-10000 lbs worth of goods in a total of 8.5 hours with a drive time between addresses of 30-40 mins. I understand you only booked 3 hours of service and your job went way over but the 2 movers did the most they could by filling a 26’ truck and unloading it and you still had items left over because the job was dramatically under estimated. About the attitude and rudeness, I brought the guys in asked them and I guess there was a misunderstanding between you and the movers and they sincerely apologize and said they didn’t mean anything bad. The furniture that was not assembled there was a gentlemen on site that told them not to put it together because he wanted to save time so again we’re sorry but please ask the gentlemen on site about why he told them not to assemble the rest of the furniture. We always reassemble anything we disassemble. If you have any further questions please feel free to reach out to us and I’ll be more than happy to help in any way possible. They showed up a few minutes after the timeframe promised, but they got to work immediately and worked quickly. There were a few bumps and scratches along the way, but that’s to be expected, and nothing was seriously damaged. They were polite and respectful the entire time, and they got the job done minutes before the allotted time, so I paid exactly the estimated cost! Good job all around. I would recommend!

There were never any of those "Gosh, how do we move that couch out the front door?" moments. I had a pod and they were excellent at packing it and making sure everything was tied down. I picked them because they have workers comp for their employees. I like companies that take care of their employees.

The movers did a great job: hardworking, careful and respectful.
AJ Moving & Delivery management was unhelpful: there was one hour additional work to be done at 4:00 pm and management would not let the movers finish the job that day. Instead they sent them off to other work sites. I tried my best to communicate the scope of the job ahead of time to AJ Moving & Delivery ahead of time and reserve a time window based of their input.
Your job was booked for Friday 11/20 to unload 2 pods then you called us Wednesday 11/18 to inform us that you now have 4 pods to unload plus a rental truck to go to a storage unit to be loaded up and emptied into your residence which a 2 day notice to tell us that your job has just gotten bigger by a little over double the size and hours unfortunately was not enough notice time and you only originally booked the movers for 3 hours and they ended up staying 6 hours. Yes we did have other jobs booked behind your move because we were only booked for 3 hours of service from the start. The movers rushed all day throughout the 6 hours to complete your job but time was not enough. We made the movers stay the 3 additional hours but one of our afternoon jobs even canceled because we were not on time and stayed at your job so we did try our best to do everything possible and we did come back Sunday and complete your job and I’m very sorry you’re not 100% satisfied with our company but we tried our best. Thank you for your business and hopefully on the next go around we can make it an even better experience for you!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all valuables (money, jewelries, etc.) and medicine or medication. Label boxes for which room it is going to which will make everything a breeze in unloading.
What types of moves have you handled?
All of them. Local, long distance, office relocations, corporate relocations, military moves, special equipment/ special item moving (piano, pool tables, safes, antiques, memorable items)
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Each job is different. There’s a never an identical house with the same items.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Teaching them on the most overlooked and common mistakes. How to cover delicate items, how to properly wrap each item. We have made several videos of wrapping items such as sofas, TV’s, bed sets, etc. and offer those videos for training.
