Did a great job! I put a request the day before the move, so it’s a great fast service. Fast at SMS responses and 2 helpers were super helpful. There was a small accident where they put a mirror at an angle which made it fall, but the manager agreed to reimburse it. Overall it’s satisfied with a service and will recommend it to others who need help with moving.

I was informed the whole way through what could have been an extremely stressful process. When it came time for the mover to come, they were late, but they let me know what time they would get there. Brandon and Craig sure made up for it though!! They were very hardworking, and prepared to move my furnishings. They were very careful of my things, especially the fragile items. They work extremely well together. They were AWESOME!!!! I definitely would hire them again! Excellent job!

Very different experience from our first use of Classic American Movers in December 2019. We had Stephen and David this time and would not deal with Stephen again. Rude when spoken to, like he didn’t understand English, turning away while trying to speak to him, etc. Very rough and disrespectful of my moms things, walking in front door, tossing a box in and going out for another...At one point I told him to just STOP and he just kept right on tossing boxes . Very rude. David has to speak to him several times to make him stop and change his attitude. David did a wonderful job “clearing out boxes strewn around by Stephen” and keeping the peace so they could finish. Would never use Stephen again and feel he brings down the company’s reputation with his attitude.

Classic American Movers were not prepared for the job. They should have arrived with strapping. They did not. They claimed they could not bring the furniture in without taking the blankets off. Yet the movers who moved the furniture from our original location were able to bring it through the same size door with the blankets on using strapping. Classic American Movers took the blankets off to move them when should not have. They dragged the leather loveseat on the floor and damaged a corner of it against the baseboard. They said they were keeping it on the blanket. They did not. I saw the whole thing. We were disgusted with how they treated our furniture. We would never use these movers again! You don’t just move furniture because you think you can move furniture. These workers need training on how to properly move furniture.

Stephen and David were wonderful! On time kept in touch by text, the owner of the company "exceptional". The were very hard workers and had knowledge of the moving industry, how to pack, worked every minute they were there, respectful and friendly, a joy to meet! I would recommend them! A "10" in my book.

If I could've given these guys 100 stars I would have!! By far the hardest working, lb for lb movering, absolute work horses I have ever seen! Add to that, polite and respectful of all my belongs, didn't bump or scratch a thing...hired for 3 hours and got 13 hours of work out of these guys. Arrived on time and better be around if I have to move again! BEYOND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!
