I cannot say enough great things about our two guys. The company was willing to work with us on the time of the move as we were caught in traffic coming from NYC to Boston. I told them there were no stairs but In fact there were ( sorry) and there were no complaints just smiles. Quick and hard working as well as friendly and respectful of our things and us as people. When my daughter moves in two years I want them back!

They notified me that they were delayed due to their previous job taking longer than expected. They gave me a new projected time of arrival and showed up early. The movers were fast and showed efficient use of their time. They were careful with our items and aware not to damage areas of the home when moving heavy furniture. I would use them again.

I’m really impressed with how efficient they were in the two hours. I had originally asked for 3 people, but 2 for 2 hours was enough for the amount I had for my 1 bedroom apt, and they reassured me of that. They are here on time and finished on time. Very kind and attentive.

The movers were on time and courteous. They worked hard and made a good effort. I have issues because they made some pretty poor packing decisions. For instance, the place a safe on a plastic box, which of course crushed it. They made an effort to pack in as much as they could, but they scratched multiple pieces of furniture to my dismay. I am sad to give this rating, but it is based on my experience. For paying almost $500 for their time, I would have expected better decision making and greater care.
