We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. These guys were amazing! Since helping us coordinate parking the rental truck from the whole process of unloading with our building, they were absolutely courteous and professional. Would definitely use them again!

The guys were very efficient and we moved all the items together in no time. Everyone was very respectful and hands on. Unfortunately one part of the wardrobe got destroyed while trying to get it from the freight elevator to the apartment. However, the hire a helper team was super helpful and reimbursed us for the damage, so overall great experience.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough - they made a move that had felt incredibly stressful until they arrived suddenly feel easy. Courtney and Eric were so helpful and fast; they even helped my sister park the UHaul. They arrived right on time, but because of some issues on my end with picking up the truck we had less than the full 2 hours, but they still finished packing it on time, were lovely friendly, and efficient the whole time, and got us on our way feeling far less stressed than we had before they arrived. They made me feel so much better I wanted to hug them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
