Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. One mover was early; the other was a little late because my address is confusing to find. In any case, it made no difference - the first mover got started, and when the other joined, they were able to finish everything super quickly and without any incidents in half the time planned. Everything went really smoothly. They were super friendly and helpful guys, would definitely work with them again!

The guys that helped me out from Promove were great. One was running a little late, but the other started working right away regardless. They guys helped me move out of my apartment and into a storage unit. They packed the van securely and then helped me pack the storage unit as well and we got the whole thing done in an hour and a half! They worked quickly and carefully and were a big help.
The guys themselves (andrew and Malik) were great and helpful and courteous. The only thing that I'd say, was that I picked Promove because its main selling point was that the company was made up of artists, musicians and actors trying to supplement their income. Being an actor myself, I wanted to give similar artists my business and neither of the guys that helped me were artists, so I thought that was a little bit of false advertising on the part of the company, and had I known that, I might have gone another way. But overall, I was happy with the help I received.
We appreciate being hired in part because we're predominantly artists. While it IS a selling point, we think our main selling point is our consistently very high standard of work

I had a great experience with the two men that showed up to help me move. They were timely and efficient and went out of their way to make sure my truck that I rented was packed in a smart way to make the drive as easy as possible! Will use Promove for any moves in the future.

The movers arrived within the window requested, and were very friendly. The loading of the truck took longer than seemed necessary, but overall I was satisfied with the job.

Absolute life-savers and so convenient. Saved us at the the last minute and was very reliable. Kirk was on time, so helpful, respectful and we could not have done it without him. If you are wishy washy if you need an extra hand - DON'T BE. Kirk was truly a life-saver and it was the best money I've ever spent to have him help us.

All good things, on time , called when they arrived on time , got right after the job, 6 flight walk up. Knew what they were doing and very capable of doing it. Only minor glitch was company said they would confirm with a call within 24 hours of booking the job, but we booked late on a Fri and understandable , but did receive electronic confirm and a quick call by me got a quick respopnse. Nice, respectful, Strong young men !
