We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. Kirk and Malik were on time and even helped secure a place to pull my van over on a narrow street in Manhattan. The cleared out the 16 foot van, moved all the stuff up to the second floor apartment without any damage. Nice guys. Helpful, personable, reliable. Would definitely hire them again. Highly recommend!

These guys were incredible! They made our move painless - and with four flights of stairs it was no easy task! They recommended a perfect system for making the move easier and stress free on a hot day. I will definitely use them again!

They were on time, patient dealing with some imperfect conditions (slow elevator, furniture that had to be disassembled), and worked hard for the full time period. Would definitely recommend!

Not very professional. After telling me initially that the movers would arrive at the beginning of the 10-11 am time frame, one mover, Kirk, didn't arrive until 11:15. Malik, who did arrive on time, was excellent, but there were big pieces of furniture that he was unable to move alone, which complicated the loading process. In the end, the job was finished by 12, but that was in part because I had a friend there helping. When Kirk did arrived, he brought a third person to help, but he was unapologetic about the delay.

Kirk and John were terrific! Prompt, personable, strong, professional, and careful with our daughter's stuff. They made this move for our daughter's first job in NYC back to NoVa so much easier. Wish I had known about this before. Cannot say enough great things about the process before, during and after. Highly recommend PROMOVE, specifically Kirk and John.

Both helpers arrived on time and worked fast with a positive attitude and had strategic gifts at making stuff fit! They worked so well together. Taking our stuff out of storage, we discoverd a chipped corner on a bureau. They pointed it out immediately - and it Definately occurred prior to this move. The facility implied it was these movers. NOT A CHANCE. But sadly the facility (Moishe's) will deny it was their (my prior) movers. Our guys took that with grace. All this to say PROMOVE was professional and focused on the task at hand, getting my stuff onto a truck with no incident and on time. I'd use them again!

These guys were GREAT! Even though I was running a little late (and obviously stressed) they were there waiting for me once I pulled up with my truck. They moved me up to my apartment (on the 4th floor of a walk-up at the very least) within an hour--thank you Malik and crew!

These guys were great! After being screwed over by our movers in Boston they were able to push back the arrival by three hours, and showed up to help us at 9:30 on a Monday night. They were fast and careful, and had a great sense of humor even in the crazy heat. Simply couldn't have been happier.
