Although they were late because their previous job went a while longer, they kept in contact the whole time and updated me and were very thankful we were so flexible! They immediately got to work loading our truck and kept telling us not to move the heavy stuff to our cars, they’d take it for us which was very nice! They had all the tools needed to take apart bed frames and such, and even when they figured out my bed frame couldn’t be taken apart they gave me lots of options. These guys were very quick moving stuff out and even faster moving it back into the new place! Would definitely use them for my next move!

The team arrived right on time and finished the job in exactly the stipulated amount of time that I booked for. Extremely professional in loading the boxes, furniture in the containers. The took extreme care of my furniture. Absolutely honest as they handed me over my non-regular wallet with extra credit cards which I had dropped in one of the rooms during packing.
The only thing I would say could have been better is if they were wearing masks in the current situation but I guess with the heavy lifting and work they were doing it would have been difficult so I understand that but atleast wear masks and ask for permission (dont assume) to take masks out during moving to see if I was comfortable.
I was also trying to reach out to them few days earlier to ensure if they needed any additional items like moving blankets, tapes, shrink wraps etc or if they would bring it their own. They were unreachable and they needed moving blankets on the day of the move for which I had to run at the last minute. This could have been avoided if every thing was discussed upfront. Something to improve upon but I would definitely recommend Lewis moving company
