Careful unloading everything as the loaders did not tie down boxes. Lewis moving took the time needed to ensure everything was placed carefully and where we requested.

I only needed some heavy stuff carried from a storage POD outside my house into some rooms upstairs, so it wasnt a huge job. The ad for the company says they provide uniformed movers, but they showed up in plain clothes. They were also 20 minutes late and I had to ask them to wear masks (they had some of their own but didnt have them on), but they got the few items unloaded and in the house where I wanted it relatively quickly.

Movers were friendly and put on masks when I asked them to. They did a quick assessment of what we had and said everything should fit in the POD no problem, but either did not see or forgot about several items in our closets. When we pointed them out when the POD looked like it was filling up, they said it wouldn't all fit. We had to jettison our mattress to fit everything else in, and they left out a container that they said were too heavy to include, as well as a rug, so we had to put them in and rearrange our belongings ourselves. I understand it was very hot and it must have been frustrating to see more items when it seemed like the job was almost done, but a better initial assessment would have prevented the issue.
