I was dissatisfied with their service and would not use them again. There were several issues and after they loaded the POD, I had to rearrange items to maximize space efficiently, unload an item that I asked them twice to not load. The furniture was moved from house into pod, although was not protected or placed where it could be safely secured for a cross country move.

Frustrated that things I specifically said not to go into the pod were packed, things I specifically asked for were left out. I was assured that “everything would fit, yet I have a garage full of stuff and two days to find a place for while stuff in the pod I could care less about.
