First the good:
They arrived on-time, early actually
They organized and packed the truck very well
They did not break anything
The person in charge was professional and respectful
They finished in the time allowed
They brought both plastic wrap and tie down rope as indicated
This is all excellent, but despite this, I will not hire them again and here is why:
The second man, the one not in charge, complained loudly the entire time about how many boxes there were to move and how tired he was. So much so, that my friend began helping him move the boxes. Yes there were stairs, but he was carrying boxes down the stairs, not up, and it was made clear in the order that there would be stairs. He also seemed angry and annoyed that he was there and made me and my friend uncomfortable.
I gave them 3 stars because they mostly did a good job, and I feel they should get credit for that, but I would not hire them again because of their employee's terrible attitude and borderline rudeness.

Lewis Moving Company did an excellent job during our move. They were hardworking, extremely careful with our things, and skilled at fitting everything into the containers we had rented. I would highly recommend them, and would definitely use them again.

I thought I had plenty of space in the truck I rented, but I was way off. If it wasn't for the skill and experience of Lewis Moving I would have been leaving half my stuff behind. I professional job by professional team.

Both of the helpers worked hard and quickly to unload our truck. They were prepared for the job and respectful of our belongings. I would use them again if they could guarantee a time window they would complete the job. Would have given 5 stars if they had come on time.
