They were on time and offered to drive the almost two hours to my destination to unload with no charge for the travel time. I called them in the evening after arriving at my new place and asked if they could still come to help me out. They were there in less than two hours.
They were all very respectful of us and our property. They worked the entire time we had them and worked with us to accommodate our varied needs regarding the unload.
I would recommend them and if we need that type of help again, they will be my first call.

George and the crew were very nice and polite. George micro-managed the crew which slowed the packing process, but had good intentions. The crew took a lot of care in packing my items at first then when they realized how far behind they were, it seemded like they just put anything into boxes without any thought. They packed a bowling ball in my wardrobe box with my dresses. They packed my grandmothers china platter at the bottom of a box without any paper or cushioning around it. If they could have had 4 George's on my job it would have gone much better instead of 1 George and 3 guys he didn't seem to have very much faith in.

Crew seemed nice enough when they arrived, but the way that they loaded the moving truck was terrible. Little to no care for my expensive floor lamps and furniture. When my goods arrived at destination I was very upset by the amount of damage my furniture items sustained. Even my delivery crew was shocked with the way that they loaded my shipment.

I did a 2 part move: loaded a truck at a storage facility, drove to my apartment and unloaded the truck. George and Antoine were great and easy to work with. They were on-time, packed the truck with precision, and took care of my belongings. They made for a stress-free few hours and did it within the time that I had allotted.

They guys did a good job, and moved everything to our new place without incident. They packed the Uhual very efficiently like a game of Tetris. I was impressed. The move took longer than I wanted (2 hours over) but it was very much worth it.

These guys were great overall. Although they arrived well past the scheduled time, they did call to let us know that they would be late. Fortunately our schedule could accommodate this shift in plans. Once on site, they got right to it and got it done in no time. We're glad to have found Hire a Helper!
