They were an hour late. They said it was an issue with their cell phone?? Devin was very friendly and they did work the entire time. I did not feel they handled my furniture carefully enough as there was many scratches that were found on the bigger pieces. I would use another company next time.

They were very friendly. However only one of them had ever loaded a pod before and only once before ours. Things were very loose and shifted and not secure. When we arrived at our destination the unpackers we hired were in disbelief at what a mess the pods were in and couldn’t believe we had paid someone to pack this way and took many pictures to show what a mess it was.

The day they were supposed to be here I waited all day and then they called and rescheduled but was promised a 3rd man for the next day for my troubles. The next day 2 guys show up and I asked where is the 3rd man and was told he got sick. They stayed on their phones the whole time and went way over the 2 hours I paid for but then charged me for extra time that they were supposed to be working but were on their phones. Very disappointed and will not use again.

The two reps Dan and Preston were fabulous.
On time, had everything on hand to complete the job professionally. Through out their moving of our furniture and other goods, they handled and packed it as it was their own. Used the rented blankets on all furniture needed, making sure of course it was secure and protected. Considering the weather, above 85 degrees, Dan and Preston worked harder, moved right along, and respected both property, goods and "special" inquiries" made by us, and answered any concerns. Some of the furniture had "family" connections, (some over 40yrs old), Dan and Preston understood and made us happy.
To all who read this review: If you have Dan and Preston to move your goods etc....they are QUALITY. They packed my Penske so well, nothing was broken or damaged when we arrived at our destination.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will walk you through our process starting with a walk through of your home or business documenting with pictures the condition everything is in to ensure if any damages occur that you are covered with documentation. We start when we arrive, just as you would expect from and service provider.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure your pod,trailer, or truck is on site before we arrive. Please have all needed equipment available for our crew's, I.E. rope,straps,plastic wrap, blankets, ext. Please be aware that our crews will call the day of your move when heading to you with an eta.
What types of moves have you handled?
We service all need. In almost 2 decades of services we have done it all.

What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crews members are screened and trained hands-on by management before entering the field. Management consists of long-term employees that worked up our ranks from the bottom.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
