My movers were awesome! They packed everything so well. I was nervous about my 7x7 truck and when I called HireAHelper, they said my stuff would definitely NOT fit in a 7x7. I had already had the POD dropped off, so this made me very anxious. The morning the movers came, they were a little aprehensive of everything fitting in as well. However, as soon as they got a few bigger items in, they felt confident everything would fit. They constantly were rearranging items to make everything fit properly. They were friendly and very professional. My only critique was the time that it took. I booked them for 2 hours and it took almost 4. I've moved apartments 3-4 times and it's never taken nearly this long. However, I am SUPER happy with how they fit everything in, so I can't complain!!

The movers showed up 45 minutes after the time window and didn't come prepared to put any of the furniture together. The movers they sent were courteous but not professional movers (I still tipped them). They actually finished before the two hours but offered no help with unwrapping or furniture build out. I wouldn't use this company again.

The owner of this moving company contacted me within 24 hours after I booked the job on this website. He was very courteous, and confirmed he will send 3 guys to help me move my furniture. The guys came about 15 minutes late, but that is because they went to the wrong entrance of my community. The three men were very professional, worked fast and finished the job early! I was very satisfied. I like movers who work fast. This was a small job where they had to move furniture from second to third level of my townhouse. The price for this job was very reasonable. Hence why I chose them. I was satisfied, and I planned to hire them again in the near future for a bigger job. Thanks!

their ETA, we do understand that being a few hours late is an issue. Sometimes we get booked for 2 hours and the job is much more than described, the prior job was one of those unfortunately. How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.

We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.
